Diane Denesha, RN BSN GCM

Diane is a Registered Nurse and the Owner and President of Creative Home Services, Inc. Diane has extensive knowledge in the areas of med-psych and geriatric nursing care management. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and has owned and operated her own company since 1996. Diane is a passionate advocate for all of her clients.

Jennifer Denesha Cook, BA

Jennifer has a background in psychology, wellness and human relations. In her last position, she supervised the wellness center of a nutritional supplement company in Southern California. At CHS, Jennifer is the Operations Manager. She oversees financial, human resource and office management.

Donna M. Baker

Donna has been working for CHS since its earliest beginnings. Prior to CHS, she had many years of home care experience. Donna works as a Companion in the community, as well as an Administrative Assistant for the company. While working in the office, Donna oversees client documentation and provides human resources and office management support.

Joan Reagan, CNA

Joan Reagan has over 15 years of experience as a CNA and scheduling coordinator. As the Scheduling Coordinator at CHS, she works tirelessly to match the unique needs of our clients with the best home care professionals. She works with each caregiver to ensure the highest quality of service.
