Diane Denesha, RN BSN GCM

Diane is a Registered Nurse and the Owner and President of Creative Home Services, Inc. Diane has extensive knowledge in the areas of med-psych and geriatric nursing care management. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Diane is a passionate advocate for all of her clients.

Jennifer Denesha Cook, BA CN

Jennifer has a background in psychology, nutrition and wellness. In her last position, she supervised the wellness center of a nutritional supplement company in Southern California. At CHS, Jennifer is the Director of Operations. She oversees financial, human resource and office management.

Donna M. Baker

Donna has been working for CHS since its earliest beginnings. Prior to CHS, she had many years of home care experience. Donna works as a Companion in the community, as well as an Administrative Assistant for the company. While working in the office, Donna oversees client documentation and provides human resources and office management support.
